We won’t start work until we’re clear on the intended outcome of our partnership. And I’ll tell you upfront if I don’t think we can achieve what you’re looking for.

My intent is to help you engage with complete openness and access your own creativity, while remaining focused on developing the new perspectives and strategies needed to achieve your goals.

Constructive challenge is part of the process of achieving change. I do it in a respectful, empathetic and energising way that leaves you feeling confident, not criticised.

My Other Interests

I’m a director at Corporate Punk, a specialist consultancy which helps organisations achieve sustainable change. At the heart of our approach is ensuring change is done with people rather than to them. This work is another way for me to connect to the challenges of leadership in a business context.

I am also passionate about developing younger talent. I’m proud to be an approved coach on the prestigious Marketing Academy and New Entrepreneurs Foundation programmes.

My Credentials

I am an ICF PCC level accredited coach, NLP Master Practitioner, AOEC Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner and Enhanced Conversational Intelligence Practitioner.

I’m also a qualified assessor in a selection of profiling tools including Facet 5, PROPHET, Strengths Profile and the Roche Martin Emotional Capital Report.

This means that I’m rigorously held to account for the quality of my coaching. It also means I have all the resources and tools I need to be able to support you as my client as you aim for the development goals you’ve identified.
